This doesn't include the sentences, (which are a required part of the project), but shows the video...I don't need a long 'ole video...just short little clips. I hope this helps.
If you don't have a phone or way to film little clips, then pictures that document the whole cooking thing, is great, but you'll need at least 6 pics of the process. :)
